Union on 5th is a student living community, in a renovated historic structure, developed by Cypress Partners. Located in the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, it consists of 35 apartments over six floors with a total of 97 beds. Completed in Fall of 2016, it is located adjacent to the campus of Duquesne University & PPG Paints Arena. It’s high visibility along Fifth Avenue, access to Duquesne University’s campus and in-fill location have made this development a draw for students of not only Duquesne University but other colleges in the area.

Cypress Partners, through an entity with other investors, developed & owned this asset. It was sold to MultiVersity Housing Partners in 2020.
